Honest assessment

Dymaxion is an extreme schedule with 2 hours of total daily sleep. There is no peer-reviewed evidence of long-term sustainability. Sleep deprivation at this level consistently impairs immune function, glucose metabolism, and cognition. Almost everyone who attempts it stops within weeks. Interesting to read about; not recommended to attempt.
