How to read these numbers
These are population averages with wide individual variation. A child sleeping 30 minutes outside the band, who wakes refreshed and isn't drowsy during the day, doesn't need correction. Use the schedules as a starting point, then adjust based on your child's morning mood and daytime behavior.
